Fifty-minute sessions often fly by, and the days or weeks in between can intensify unresolved feelings. Weekend intensive sessions offer a concentrated, immersive alternative to traditional weekly therapy. Rather than spacing out our work together over months, these sessions provide extended, uninterrupted time in a single weekend to dive deeply into important issues. This format can be especially helpful for people navigating major transitions. I create a safe, collaborative space for you to clarify the direction of your relationship and facilitate meaningful forward movement in your personal lives.
These sessions typically include six to eight hours of focused therapeutic work over two days (schedule and duration to be determined based on your needs). By working in sustained blocks of time, we can stay with important topics long enough to process emotion deeply and more completely, and begin building new ways of relating without disruptive pauses.

In a weekend intensive session, we will work together to understand what matters most to each of you. We will explore past patterns and pain and develop practical tools for healing and communicating as you move forward.
